Director of Business Development Defense and Corporate Services Full-time, Province: ON, Compensation: CAD 103,000 - CAD 123,000 per year, Bonus AIP Eligible.

Role Overview As the Director of Business Development, you will support the Defense Segment, Government and Corrections, segments for Canada. This national role based in the GTA Region will target account development for Food and Facilities Management services in key sectors, help grow new business revenue, and manage outbound outreach to new clients to pre‑qualify, build, and nurture pipeline for Segment Sales.

Responsibilities

Work on outbound account‑based campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Sales.

Identify leads through targeted outreach via phone, email, web, social, and internal systems.

Represent Sodexo at trade shows and relevant business and partnership fairs.
