 In this role you will: Manages a team of IT professionals (direct and indirect reports) and is responsible for proactive & reactive digital application operations in the production environment and a strong advocate of SRE culture & hands-on practice.

You celebrate service outages prevented rather than responded to, and have a continuous improvement mindset in both processes and tooling.

Own assigned application support portfolio and manage relationships with key stakeholders, and can effective create and maintain application service metrics

Develop, execute, align, and maintain operational strategies for client facing applications to deliver innovative short, medium, and long term solutions while managing a team that provides 24/7 day to day support

Provide technical directions on production problem resolution and short to long term resilience plan as well as execution
