Director of Finance

Our client is a well-established not-for-profit home and community care organization in Ottawa that helps individuals live safely and independently at home and in their communities. They are seeking a full‑time, permanent Director of Finance to join their team. This role leads a small finance team while remaining hands‑on in core accounting and general ledger activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing month‑end close, financial reporting, analytics, government funding reporting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and year‑end audit support. The position also supports organizational growth through market analysis, competitor research, and service expansion planning.
