Description
Our client is a private equity-backed, rapidly growing service organization operating in a multi-entity environment across Canada. The company has experienced significant growth through acquisitions and continues to scale its operations. This role reports directly to the CFO and works closely with senior leadership, including the CEO.
The organization operates with a centralized shared services model and employs a large, geographically distributed workforce. The Director of Financial Operations will play a critical role in supporting growth, integrations, and operational excellence.
You must be willing to work in-office in Mississauga 4 days a week. CPA is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Financial Operations Leadership
- Act as the primary owner of day-to-day financial operations, including:
- Invoicing and billing
- Accounts Receivable and collections
- Payroll processing in coordination with HR
