Director of Fleet Maintenance

Overview

We are seeking a Director of Fleet Maintenance to provide senior leadership and strategic oversight of fleet maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle management within a heavy-duty diesel and equipment services organization. This role is responsible for ensuring fleet uptime, safety compliance, maintenance efficiency, and cost control across multi-site operations. The Director partners with executive leadership to align maintenance strategy with operational performance, regulatory requirements, and long-term business growth objectives.
