Role Overview

Inline Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Materials Testing to lead and support our growing materials testing division. Reporting directly to the COO, this role acts as the senior technical leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all field and laboratory materials testing operations across multiple regions.

The Director of Materials Testing will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical standards, quality assurance programs, operational processes, and compliance systems that support safe, consistent, and scalable operations. This role works closely with operations, project teams, business development, and senior leadership to improve performance, strengthen client relationships, and support long‑term divisional growth.
