Director of Nursing Position Summary
As the DON at Laurelwood Health Care, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:
+ Participate in management team meetings related to census, resident care plans, complaints, and concerns as well as QAPI and facility assessments.
+ Evaluate work performance of all nursing personnel and discipline according to operational policies.
