Director of Operations

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will oversee three functional leaders – Warehouse, Logistics, and Information Systems – each with their own teams. The Director of Operations is responsible for end‑to‑end corporate project oversight, driving operational excellence, improving processes, and ensuring strategic initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with corporate objectives.
