About the Role

The Director of Operations will own the day-to-day operating system of VFactor Health.

This is not a task-management role. This is a leadership role for someone who can build systems, improve processes, manage people, understand data, and create accountability across the business.

You will be responsible for making sure the company runs smoothly across client delivery, team operations, technology, reporting, hiring, SOPs, internal communication, and execution of new initiatives.
