Director of Platform Engineering

As Director of Platform Engineering, you will own the infrastructure and operational lifecycle of our technology platform, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, database systems, security posture, and application support.

You will lead a team of engineers across DevOps, SRE, CloudOps, SecOps, Database Administration, and Application Support, driving both strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team

Define team structure, hiring plans, and development paths

Own reliability, availability, and performance across all environments

Lead incident management and continuous improvement efforts

Drive Azure infrastructure strategy and Kubernetes operations

Oversee CI/CD pipelines and developer experience improvements
