Join CPBC in Vancouver as the Director of Policy, Standards, and Practice to shape pharmacy practices through effective regulation and leadership. This full-time position ensures public safety in pharmacy operations.
You will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and oversee a team committed to policy development and the enhancement of pharmacy standards. Your role includes managing significant projects, implementing structured reviews of bylaws, and ensuring operational excellence within the PSP Department. Engage with external partners to align regulatory practices with public health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for policy analysts and consultants
• Manage policy projects and set organizational priorities
• Execute effective policy and standard revisions
• Develop the Drug Scheduling Program and more
• Report to the Board on project progress
