Shape healthcare outcomes as the Director of Real World Evidence for Novo Nordisk in Mississauga, ON. Lead innovative strategies and insights generation to advance clinical and real-world data.
In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of Real World Evidence Strategy and Evidence and Insights Generation Plans across therapeutic areas. Reporting directly to the Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs, you will manage a team of three and be integral in establishing strategic alignments with business objectives while supporting the needed innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive real world evidence strategy for various therapeutic portfolios
• Manage local studies including clinical and observational trials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
