Director of Sales and Marketing

Hyatt Inclusive Collection is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing for Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen.

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented commercial leader with strong experience in luxury hospitality and all-inclusive resorts. This role will lead the resort’s Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and PR strategy, driving market positioning, topline performance, and long-term commercial growth.

Key qualifications include:

• Previous DOSM or senior commercial leadership experience within luxury hospitality

• Strong understanding of Caribbean, Mexico, and international leisure markets

• Proven success driving revenue growth, ADR, occupancy, and market share

• Experience managing luxury leisure, MICE, weddings, and strategic partnerships

• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills

• English required; Spanish preferred
