Designs for Health Canada is seeking a seasoned, results-oriented Director of Sales to lead and evolve our national sales organization. This leader will oversee a sales remit exceeding $20M and manage a team of five direct reports (four Regional Territory Managers and one Inside Sales Lead).
This role is responsible for driving sustained topline growth, strengthening sales discipline, enhancing KPI accountability, and modernizing our go-to-market structure from a historically entrepreneurial model to a scalable, performance-driven sales organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with the professional nutritional supplement industry (or adjacent healthcare/pharma sectors), a proven track record of delivering strong sales results, and demonstrated success building structured sales processes, training programs, and high-performance teams
