As part of the Talent & Culture Division, which focuses on building a purpose-driven, high performing, and values-led workforce, this role contributes to the strategic development and execution of people initiatives across the hotel. You will report directly to the Managing Director, collaborating closely with Rosewood Hotel Group’s corporate Talent & Culture team, Finance, and all operational departments to ensure the hotel’s people strategy aligns with its brand philosophy and business goals.
