Role Overview (MENA) The Director of Technology Operations – MENA is a senior regional leadership role, accountable for technology operations, service delivery, and operational excellence across the Middle East and North Africa. The role supports companys’ rapidly growing MENA client base—particularly regulated alternative investment firms—while aligning with global standards, platforms, and governance defined by the CTO organization.

Regional Scope & Accountability

• Own day-to-day technology operations for the MENA region, including UAE-based clients and regional expansions.
• Act as the senior operational authority for MENA client service delivery, escalations, and service transitions.
• Ensure regional operations align with local regulatory expectations (e.g., DIFC, ADGM) and client due‑diligence requirements.
• Serve as the primary regional counterpart to global Technology, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery leadership.
