Role Summary

Director, Oncology Program Excellence & Strategy responsible for advancing SHN’s position as the preferred partner within the oncology community for patient support programs (PSPs). Leads development and execution of oncology initiatives to drive program innovation and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance SHN’s capabilities in delivering high-quality, patient-centered oncology programs.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for oncology, sharing therapeutic knowledge and expertise through training.
• Support the business development process for oncology programs, including proposal development, client presentations, and the launch of new programs.
• Develop a strategic plan for identifying, mapping, and gaining insights from stakeholders across the oncology ecosystem.
