Position Summary Responsible for overseeing all operations related to the recruitment and pre-screening of all participants for clinical trials. Plans, overseas, and executes the recruitment and selection of participants required for all clinical research trials (BE, Phase I, etc.) Directs the Clinical Recruitment team in Toronto which includes, Strategic Operations lead, Recruitment Manager, and Clinical Research Recruiters.
