Job Type: Permanent opportunity, Hybrid (If in Winnipeg), can be fully remote if in Canada. Job Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 / Year depending on experience (Flexibility) Position Overview Our client is seeking a strategic yet hands‑on leader to oversee payroll and benefits across North America. This role will manage high‑volume, multi‑jurisdictional payroll operations across Canada and the U.S., while also supporting a broader global footprint. The position requires strong leadership, operational execution, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast‑scaling environment.

About the Opportunity

Hybrid / Remote – preference for candidates based in Winnipeg; open to remote across approved Canadian provinces (MB, SK, ON, AB)

Reports to senior finance leadership and partners closely with HR
