This role requires the candidate to work out of our Ottawa office a minimum of three days per week. In-office requirements may be adjusted based on operational needs. This role will remain open until June 1, 2026, or until a successful candidate is selected—whichever comes first.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, People and Culture contributes to the overall success of Sport Integrity Canada as a member of the Executive Team, supporting the achievement of the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic priorities. The role provides strategic leadership for Human Resources (HR) ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and compliance with employment legislation across all provinces.
