Job Description

The Director will lead the hockey stick and bag development teams and report to the Vice‑President, Product Development. This role is responsible for driving innovation, managing cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring that the Research & Development (R&D) function delivers strategic value to Bauer Hockey.

• Oversee the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle for the stick and bag categories—from concept to final packaging.
• Define, schedule, and coordinate projects aligned with the 4‑year innovation roadmap.
