What You’ll Be Doing

As Director, Product – Workflow Orchestration & Platform Engineering, you’ll be a key leader within the Personal and Business Banking team, reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, Modernization, and Optimization. You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Simplii’s workflow orchestration platform, enabling both internal operational workflows and external client‑facing journeys to be composed, integrated, and delivered quickly, safely, and consistently. You’ll translate consumer needs, architecture standards, security/IAM requirements, and business priorities into a clear platform product roadmap and prioritized backlog for a cross‑functional squad.
