Director, Regulatory Liaison, Global IT Risk (Global Security)

What is the opportunity?

As the Director, Regulatory Liaison reporting to the Senior Director IT & Cyber Risk Regulatory Matters, Global IT Risk, Director, the Regulatory Liaison is responsible for the strategic direction of the Regulatory Liaison team, building and managing the operating model for regulatory engagements, establishing end‑to‑end processes and tools to efficiently manage regulatory requirements including exams, questionnaires, surveys, and other regulatory requests for information (RFI).

What will you do?

• Provide strategic direction, oversight, and quality assurance for the Regulatory RFI Management process.
• Partner with other RBC and T&O departments to reduce overlapping regulatory responses, reporting and ensuring consistent position of the Cyber/IT program to all stakeholders (internal/external).
• Provide consulting services to business partners on new RFIs and regulation/jurisdictional compliance via RFI.
