POSITION OVERVIEW Navacord is seeking a Director, Total Rewards & Shareholder Relations who will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Navacord’s equity programs and Navacord Executive Total Rewards functions. The Director will oversee the full lifecycle of equity plans including implementation, execution, and accurate tracking, while delivering robust shareholder analytics to inform strategic decisions. This position is accountable for preparing board-level reports on equity and shareholder trends, owning executive compensation programs, and establishing the foundation for national compensation broad banding to drive consistency and competitiveness across Navacord.
