Shape the future workforce agenda by translating GenAI, digital, and business strategy into forward‑looking workforce implications. Identify where work will change fastest, where talent risks will concentrate, and where timing mismatches between productivity and growth may emerge. Frame clear “future workforce scenarios” to inform executive decision‑making.
