Crediclub busca una Subdirección de CRM, Automation y CLTV en Monterrey, Nuevo León, para mejorar su estrategia de marketing. El candidato ideal diseñará y ejecutará estrategias de automatización y CRM, maximizando el CLTV de los clientes mediante el uso de HubSpot como plataforma central.
Se requieren al menos 5 años de experiencia en CRM y marketing automation, así como habilidades en métricas de CRM y estrategias omnicanales. Se ofrece un ambiente colaborativo y competitivo.
