As the Manager – Customer Service for our Sept-Îles branch, you will be responsible for managing operational sales activities to ensure customer service levels are met or exceeded. Your role will focus on order management, quoting, processing, fulfillment, and order review. You will oversee customer service activities for the North Shore region. You will maintain efficient and balanced workflows to maximize efficiency and deliver a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction. You will monitor and measure service metrics and use this data to develop standards, propose improvements, or recommend process changes. Finally, you will make recommendations to adjust products or services based on customer feedback and requests.
