Become a Disability Case Manager with Neil Squire Society in the Port Moody/Tri-Cities area, BC. This full-time role centers around providing tailored support for individuals with disabilities seeking employment.
Working closely with YWCA’s WorkBC program, you will be instrumental in helping clients assess their needs and develop actionable employment plans. Responsibilities include delivering workshops, facilitating training opportunities, and maintaining client records in line with integrated case management practices. Your skills in counseling and building productive client relationships will greatly facilitate clients’ journey toward employment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise Return to Work Action Plans
• Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate services
