Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal 3D Props team, including task planning, workload distribution, time tracking, and day‑to‑day support.
• Drive team performance and growth through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and outlining individual development and training plans.
• Create clear, production‑ready 3D prop briefs (visual references, style guidelines, asset breakdowns, technical specifications) and align expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee external outsourcing and co‑development teams, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring alignment with artistic direction, quality standards, and production timelines.
