Distribution Transformers (DT) Engineering Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and control the engineering development of Distribution Transformers (DT) projects, fulfilling technical specifications, delivery times, standards, and requirements established by the Customers, in order to satisfy the technical requirements and contribute to the fulfillment of the quality and profitability objectives of the Company, and Customer satisfaction.
• Manage the DT Engineering Team with all related responsibilities, complying with quality standards (ISO 9001), environmental (ISO 14001), energy efficiency (ISO 50001), occupational health and safety (ISO NTC 45001), and BASC standards.
• Interpret and implement the Company's new technologies to align with Hitachi Group requirements, increase work efficiency and quality, and reduce engineering costs.
