The District Fitness Manager (DFM) ensures a best in class fitness experience for our team members and club members for their district.
Communicate and uphold company standards and lead by example.
Bring to life our core values, mission, vision, fitness philosophy and service standards.
Lead, grow and develop a fitness team to ensure they are successful in their position.
Achieve various key performance indicators, including revenue, member retention and staffing.
Job Scope
Reports To: VP of Fitness
Direct Reports: Fitness Managers and Assistant Fitness Managers & Personal Trainers (2nd line of reporting)
Number of Clubs: 7 – 10
