Elevate HR practices across Central Ontario as a District Human Resources Manager with Home Depot. This role involves strategic HR support, talent management, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, the DHRM will partner with district leaders to drive business success through effective staffing, performance management, and associate engagement. This position requires weekly travel across Central Ontario, including Huntsville, Sudbury, and Sault Ste. Marie, and emphasizes collaboration to achieve HR and operational goals.
