Description
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in‑store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory or advertising displays.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage.
- Travel 30-40% of the time.
