Provide coordinated administrative, financial, and project support to senior leadership by managing records and information systems, preparing analysis, reports, briefings, and correspondence, supporting budgets, cashflows, and variance reporting, coordinating divisional projects and committees, overseeing timekeeping and assets, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing operational oversight of administrative staff to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effective service delivery.
