At DNEG , our Animation Supervisors play a key role in upholding our reputation as one of the world’s leading studios in live-action VFX animation. Working closely with the Head of Animation , you will lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of animators—ranging from juniors to leads—while ensuring the highest creative and technical standards across all projects.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work hand-in-hand with directors, VFX Supervisors , and other key departments to bring characters and creatures to life, maintaining performance quality and visual consistency throughout each production.

As an Animation Supervisor, you’ll also coordinate with the Build and Rigging teams to ensure models and rigs meet the animators’ requirements for functionality, performance, and usability. You will act as the main point of contact for all animation-related needs across departments.
