The Dog Stop is looking for an experienced, hands-on Dog Care Manager to join our dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and retail location in Spring, TX! This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physically active environment and is passionate about providing safe, structured, and exceptional care for dogs.

This is a full-time position averaging 34-38 hours per week.

As Dog Care Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our playgroups and back-of-house team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and care. You will lead by example, actively working alongside your team while managing staff, monitoring dog behavior, and maintaining a safe and positive environment for both dogs and employees.
