Drafter Electrical Design

This position is a key addition to the newly established Engineering Center in Mexico, supporting Grid Automation projects for the Americas region and ensuring business continuity. The role focuses on creating and managing detailed electrical designs and ensuring the adherence and improvement of design standards and processes, supporting substation automation systems.

• 70% Electrical Design and Drafting
  • Create and update detailed electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts using CAD software.
  • Develop 2D and 3D models for cable routing, electrical components, and assemblies to support system integration.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to translate design concepts and project requirements into technical drawings.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive documentation packages and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing and assembly teams. ...
