Drilling Supervisor (Central Vancouver)

Job Overview

Operating in a Northern British Columbia mining environment on a two week in/two week out shift rotation, the Exploration Drill Supervisor is an integral part of the Exploration Department at the Silvertip Operation. The candidate will be a part of the Coeur Silvertip Exploration Team, both underground and surface, and will work with drilling contractor management and site HSE Team to ensure all drilling activities are planned, executed and communicated across departments with a focus on cost‑management, efficiency, safety, and high data quality to support the goals of Coeur Mining.

Responsibilities

• Be a safety and environmental leader, trainer, and champion.
• Work with corporate Drilling Manager to align with company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with drilling companies, conduct regular meetings as required.
