Responsibilities & Qualifications_General Information- Ability to manage time and routes.
- Knowledge of routes and safe places for personal circulation and the construction team and project management.
- Open and transparent communication- Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps.
- Transport of the project personnel, from the Cd to the Compression Station, Inspectors CM's or PM's and directors from the airports to the hotels and vice versa.
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
- Support to office administrator and other administrative needs.
- Interact with co-workers with a professional conduct.
- Maintain an organized travel schedule (transfer times and movements).
- Make sure that Pool vehicles have enough gasoline and are always ready for use.
- Notify the CM/ADMON of the project for vehicle repairs when necessary.
- Updating of monthly mileage records, as well as filling out travel forms in the Pulpomatic system.
