Salary Range: $56,000 - $65,000

Key Job Accountabilities

• Assumes leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Facilitates achievement of business results by role‑modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Leads an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
• Recruits, manages, develops, and trains top talent who have a love of shoes.
