The Role We are looking for a methodical, professional individual who has very strong attention to detail and is comfortable working with qualitative data, supporting across our offering. A strong candidate for this position will be able to diligently follow instructions as well as work autonomously and proactively identify and escalate issues. The candidate must be able to multi-task across different priority areas, have an investigative mindset and an ability to analyse and summarise large volumes of written text. A background in qualitative data processing is desirable.
