Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals for cooling tower projects based on client specifications and tender requirements.
Analyze RFQs, technical specifications, and commercial terms to develop customized solutions.
Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and sales teams for inputs and cost estimations.
Perform costing, pricing, and margin analysis to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, tender discussions, and client clarifications.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, project requirements, and company policies.
Maintain proposal documentation, bid records, and MIS reports.
Support the sales team during negotiations and order finalization.
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
