In this key role, you will guide our Children, Youth, and Young Adults while ensuring worship experiences are flourishing and aligned with LCA’s mission. Your collaboration with the Senior Pastor will foster robust leadership and a growing ministry culture. Candidates should possess strengths in one of the two main areas, with an openness to develop their capabilities further.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Next Generation ministry strategies and vision
• Recruit and mentor worship and ministry leaders
• Facilitate engaging and powerful worship services
• Collaborate on service planning and execution
• Support pastoral tasks alongside the Senior Pastor
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant theological field
• Must hold or pursue PAOC credentials
