Dynamic IT Systems Analyst Needed

We are seeking a driven IT Systems Analyst to ensure smooth operation of our tech systems. Your role will involve managing cloud infrastructure and resolving technical challenges.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering Help Desk tickets promptly and performing daily IT functions. You'll investigate and resolve errors in our systems while supporting new technologies and enhancements. Your background in IT will contribute greatly to our organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical issues and manage IT help desk requests
• Manage new hire system setups and terminations
• Troubleshoot and investigate system errors
• Administer cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related area
