Description
A well-established Canadian organization is seeking a D365 CRM Specialist to support and enhance its Dynamics CRM environment by hiring at D365 CRM Specialist. This role will act as the lead CRM analyst and administrator, working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and operational teams to improve system performance, reporting, integrations, and user adoption.
This is a full-time opportunity based in Toronto with 5 days onsite.
Core Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and support the Dynamics CRM platform
- Provide 1st line CRM support and onboarding for users across Canada
- Translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions
- Create and manage workflows, dashboards, reports, and system enhancements
