Zurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:**Dynatrace Admin****Responsibilities**:- Maintain the Zurich North America's Dynatrace Environment to Zurich Best Practices and Standards.
- Build and configure new monitoring capabilities utilizing the Dynatrace platform.
- Work on developing and innovating best practices and processes used for supporting the Dynatrace platform.
- Assist with building out the knowledge base and documentation related to the Dynatrace platform at Zurich North America.
- Technically sound in admin and operational activities of Dynatrace Platform.
- Responsible for working with users and customers to document and strategize for process- improvements.
**Qualifications**:- At least 4 years' experience in working with development/Operations team.
- Hands-on knowledge on Dynatrace, Splunk and good knowledge on any other monitoring tools.
- Good working knowledge in Dynatrace integration with tools like Servicenow.
