Manage and respond to customer enquiries across email, WhatsApp and phone
Process and monitor online orders to ensure accuracy from confirmation to fulfilment
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or order discrepancies
Liaise with operation team to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment and delivery
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
