E-Commerce Executive

• Coordinate and Administration of e-commerce platform (Online Shop, Shopee, Lazada etc.)
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in planning, creating, and managing all E-commerce Promotion activities.
• Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management.
• Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick-up or delivery service.
• Engage with customers to effectively build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
• Assist in answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries.
• Monitor and Prepare Operation reports and Reconciliation.
• Manage Social media marketing.
