ECE Assistant- 1:1 Inclusion Support

Position Summary

A direct support to a child with high support needs in an inclusive early learning environment, ensuring the safe and effective implementation of the child's Personalized Program Plan while promoting participation, independence, development, and safety. Work collaboratively with educators, families, and supporting professionals to support the child's individual goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent one-to-one support to the assigned child throughout daily routines and activities.
• Ensure the child's safety, supervision, and inclusion.
• Implement strategies, accommodations, and goals outlined in the child's Personalized Program Plan.
• Support the child's social, emotional, physical, communication, and cognitive development.
