Job Overview

You will be involved in the handling existing customers, order fulfillment and logistics. This role requires someone who is hands‑on, flexible, and eager to contribute to different aspects of the business to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support e-commerce sales operations, including order fulfilment and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries related to sales orders and resolve issues promptly.
• Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed in a growing and dynamic environment.
